With only three weeks left until The North American Association of Foodservice Equipment Manufacturers (NAFEM) tradeshow, our team managed to finagle one last visit to China to make a few finishing touches to our new products. After almost a full day in the air, we head straight to the factory and slide back into business mode. Working offsite half a world away has its challenges but the rewards far exceed the obstacles. With our savvy reporting skills and experience in domestic and international logistics, Excellence Industries has become an expert in developing systems to successfully execute business abroad.
The hot topic for this week’s trip is our upcoming product debuts at NAFEM. In 21 days, we’ll be unveiling 2013’s must-have dual temp merchandisers, commercial freezers and upright refrigerators—and the clock is ticking! The progression from prototype to product is equally as exciting as it is stressful so the team’s energy is sky high as we arrive on site today.
We’re always anxious to see the outcome of our most recent collaborations, making the 20+ hour flight seem even longer! However, it was well worth the wait and we are very proud of the final products (and can’t wait to show them off at The NAFEM Show!)
